If a client experiences an issue at Aquaverse:

  1. Direct them to speak with park staff immediately - most issues can be resolved on-site
  2. For urgent matters, have them ask to speak with a supervisor or manager
  3. If the issue isn't resolved satisfactorily, have the client collect details (names, times, photos if appropriate)
  4. Contact our support team with the booking reference and details of the issue
  5. We will investigate and follow up with you and the client within 48 hours
