How do I reset my agent portal password?

To reset your agent portal password:

  1. Go to the agent portal login page
  2. Click on "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if not received)
  5. Click the link and follow instructions to create a new password

If you don't receive the reset email within 15 minutes, contact our support team for assistance.

How can I access my commission statements?

Commission statements are available in your agent portal:

  1. Log in to the agent portal
  2. Navigate to the "Commissions" section
  3. Select the month you want to view
  4. Download the PDF statement for your records
  5. For detailed breakdowns, use the sales reports feature

Commission statements are typically available by the 5th business day of the following month. If you have questions about your statement, contact your account manager or the commission department.

What should I do if a client has an issue at the park?

If a client experiences an issue at Aquaverse:

  1. Direct them to speak with park staff immediately - most issues can be resolved on-site
  2. For urgent matters, have them ask to speak with a supervisor or manager
  3. If the issue isn't resolved satisfactorily, have the client collect details (names, times, photos if appropriate)
  4. Contact our support team with the booking reference and details of the issue
  5. We will investigate and follow up with you and the client within 48 hours
